General Strategy
- These terms and conditions of service are the official Agreement between the User ("Customer") and the Company ( Changer Profit )
- Changer Profit gives the Customer an opportunity to open an account at Changer Profit website.
- The Customer can replenish his account with e-currency or bank transfer (bank transfer for large investors). Cash in the Customer's account may be invested in the investment programs offered by the Company.
- The Company participates in foreign exchange trading sessions on behalf of and in favor of the Customer.
- The Company does not provide advice, guidance and expert advice in relation to currency markets trading. The Customer commits all transactions at his own risk.
- The Company reserves the right to change the terms of service. Using the Company's services, the Customer automatically agrees with the latest version of the Terms of Service, published at the Company's website.
Account Rules
- The Customer may register only one multi-currency electronic account at the Company's website. At the same time, the Customer can invest in an unlimited number of investment programs from one electronic account.
- When identifying multiple registrations from the Customer, accounts will be locked. Contributed money is not returned.
Investment Conditions
- The Customer can invest in one or several investment programs offered by the Company. The Company's website publishes detailed information about all available investment programs, including minimum size of the contribution, period of trade, daily rate.
- The minimum investment amount is $10. The maximum contribution is $100,000.
Depositing and Investing
- Deposition to the Customer's account is executed with e-currency or bank transfer (bank transfer is negotiated in advance and available only for VIP investors).
- All deposits must be made in U.S. dollars. Deposits in other currencies will be rejected.
- The Customer has the right to choose the currency pair to be used in a given investment program and modify it at his discretion at any time.
Withdrawal
- Customer can withdraw his own funds to his e-currency accounts. The minimum amount for withdrawal via e-currency amounts is 0.01$.
- Electronic systems commission for transfer of funds is paid by the Company.
- Money is derived within 24 hours after the request for withdrawal.
Referral fees
- Reward for attracted investors is 2% for first level and 1% for second level of all funds invested.
- In case the attracted investor is registered at Changer Profit . Company's website not via referral link, the Company is not responsible for the fact the investor will not be considered as attracted by the Customer.
Liability and Force Majeure
- The Company is not liable for delays in the transfer of funds through no fault of the Company.
- The Company is not responsible for any default under this Agreement, as a result of the irresistible force, including, but not limited to acts of war, strikes, insurrections, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, etc.
